1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AppsVantage (“the Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the platform.
2. Description of Service
AppsVantage provides iOS App Store market intelligence, search keyword indexing, competitor revenue estimation heuristics, review complaint aggregation, and Preflight App Store submission guideline auditing tools for developers and creators.
Subscriptions providing “Unlimited Preflight Audits” (including the Preflight Plan and Pro Founder Plan) are intended solely for the subscriber's own software development projects, internal applications, and first-party products:
- First-Party Development Use: Preflight auditing features may be used without numerical limits for inspecting, modifying, and re-scanning applications owned and developed by the subscriber or subscriber's direct organization.
- Prohibition of Third-Party Service Bureau Operations: Subscribers may not use an individual subscription, automated script, headless crawler, or API access to operate a commercial third-party auditing agency, resell or re-bundle auditing services to unrelated clients, or provide continuous auditing services to external customers as a paid service bureau.
- Fair-Use Protection: Automated scraping, intentional denial-of-service queries, or abnormal volume spikes that compromise system performance may result in temporary rate-limiting or account suspension.
4. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle and are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. One-Time Credit Packs provide non-expiring usage allowances that remain valid for the lifetime of the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your workspace settings.
5. Disclaimer of Apple Inc. Endorsement & Review Discretion
AppsVantage is an independent validation and compliance auditing tool. AppsVantage is not affiliated with, authorized, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by Apple Inc. All App Store guidelines referenced are derived from publicly available App Store Review Guidelines and Human Interface Guidelines. Apple Review teams maintain sole and final discretion over App Store submission approvals. AppsVantage does not guarantee third-party approval.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AppsVantage, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on market heuristics, revenue estimates, or guideline auditing reports.
