At AppsVantage (“we”, “our”, or “us”), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal and analytical data you share with us. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect, how it is processed, and your rights regarding your data.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Credentials: When you register for an account, we collect your email address, display name, and password (stored cryptographically hashed via Supabase Authentication).
• Search Queries & Niche Selections: We record the niche keywords, storefront countries, and platform filters you search in order to provide persistent search history and saved snapshot workspaces.
• Usage & Telemetry Data: We maintain minimal server-side error logs and rate-limiting counters to protect the platform against denial-of-service attacks and ensure external API stability.

4. Data Retention & Self-Serve Account Deletion

Your saved market scans and account profile remain active for as long as your account is maintained. Disposable server telemetry logs are automatically pruned after 30 days.

GDPR & CCPA Compliance: You have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. You can trigger permanent, immediate account deletion directly from your Account Settings in the user menu.

5. Security Practices

We implement industry-standard security safeguards, including Row-Level Security (RLS) policies, cryptographic session tokens (HMAC SHA-256 / Supabase JWT), HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, and restricted server-side service keys.
